ercion practiced.
Unity is the main source of power of the countries determined to build a new world order based,
as we hope, on equality of all states, justice and the rule of law rather than on the arbitrarily rule
of the strongest and egoistical interests of the countries of the so-called first echelon. This is a
clear answer to the question formulated above about a possibility of a peaceful transfer to a new
world order. The course of history cannot be stopped by force.
