Today, the OSCE is still the most representative universal regional international structure
on the European continent (in terms of its number of members) and the only one that
passes decisions by consensus.
IF THE OSCE SUCCEEDS in this new role on the European continent it might acquire
much wider and much more important prospects in thesphere of peaceful and harmonious
integration between Europe and Asia and cooperation among trade-economic organiza-
tions in the context of a single Eurasian space.
